1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital products purchased through scriptcronus.it. Details of the seller are set out in the site footer.


2. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

All products sold on this website are digital and are made available immediately after payment is confirmed.

Before completing your purchase, you are required to accept our Terms & Conditions, which state that delivery begins immediately upon payment and that the right of withdrawal is therefore waived. Your acceptance is recorded together with your order.

Once the product has been made available to you, the purchase is final and no right of withdrawal applies.


3. When We Do Issue a Refund

We will refund your purchase in full in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery. The product was not made available to you and we are unable to deliver it.
  • Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Wrong product delivered. You received a product for a different game from the one you purchased, and we are unable to correct the error.


4. When We Do Not Issue a Refund

Refunds are not available where:

  • you have changed your mind after receiving the product
  • you purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • you do not own, or have not correctly configured, the hardware required to use the script
  • a game, platform, or service update has changed how the product behaves (see Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions)
  • measures have been taken against your account by a third-party service
  • access has been suspended due to sharing or unauthorised distribution

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout, and describe the problem. We aim to respond within 48 hours and to resolve valid claims promptly.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.


6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5 to 10 business days.

Where a payment method does not support reversal (for example prepaid vouchers or cryptocurrency), we will agree an alternative means of refund with you.


7. Effect of a Refund

Where a refund is granted, your licence terminates immediately and any associated access is revoked. Continued use of the product after a refund constitutes unauthorised use.
